About Project
The Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago (AFCC) is a nationally recognized fertility clinic dedicated to helping individuals and couples achieve their dreams of parenthood. Since 1997, AFCC has utilized state-of-the-art technology and a compassionate approach to offer a range of fertility treatments, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), egg freezing, genetic testing, LGBTQ+ fertility care, and gestational surrogacy. With multiple locations in the Chicago area, the clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals from Illinois, Wisconsin, and Canada, and has consistently achieved IVF success rates higher than the national average.
Client Requirements
AFCC sought to strengthen its digital presence and create a user-friendly platform that could effectively serve both existing and prospective patients. They required a website that clearly presented their wide range of fertility treatments and services while offering educational content to guide patients through the often complex fertility journey. The client also wanted an intuitive appointment booking system, mobile-optimized design for accessibility on smartphones and tablets, and integration with their internal clinic management systems to streamline operations. Overall, the platform needed to reflect the clinic’s expertise, compassionate care, and reliability, building trust with patients even before their first consultation.
Solutions We Delivered
We developed a modern, responsive web platform tailored to AFCC’s unique needs. The platform features a comprehensive presentation of all treatments and services, including IVF, IUI, egg freezing, and genetic testing, with clear, educational content to guide patients. A seamless online appointment booking system was implemented, allowing patients to schedule consultations and follow-ups with ease. The website was designed to be fully responsive, providing a smooth and intuitive experience across devices, while integration with the clinic’s management systems streamlined administrative tasks and improved operational efficiency. Additionally, we created a blog and patient resource section to educate and support visitors, reinforcing AFCC’s reputation as a trusted, patient-focused fertility center.
